The unit is designed by combining a refrigerator, worktop and a gastronorm well to help you preserve your food items and prepare dishes at one convenient station. This refrigerated prep counter is built using stainless steel interior and exterior which is ideal for the longevity of the unit. Stainless steel is the best material for tough kitchen environments because it is less likely to succumb to constant use or exposure to wet conditions.

It is also easy to clean ensuring that you are able to keep your kitchen hygienic and food safe at all times. It has 2 solid hinged doors giving you easy access to the fridge section of the counter. This electronically controlled counter has a temperature ranging between -2°C to 8°C. This ensures the continuous and consistent preservation of your food items. A digital temperature display and controller will help you monitor and adjust the temperatures accordingly. The unit is 380L and it has a glass structure to cover and protect the gastronorm containers.
